At Zotiuns we prepare each order as soon as it’s placed. Most purchases are processed within 1–4 business days, giving us time to check availability, complete quality inspections and package items securely before dispatch.
Getting Your Parcel to You
Once dispatched, deliveries normally take 3 to 14 days. Timings may vary depending on courier networks and handling in Australia, but our fulfilment process is designed to be smooth and reliable. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Everything you see in our store is actively stocked. We don’t list unavailable products, which means your order is ready for dispatch without backorders or hidden delays.
